How do I sign up for Free Trial?

It is simple. Just visit the Free Sign Up page and start your Grow in Cloud journey in few easy steps.

Do I need to provide credit card details for Free Trial?

No. Our 30 Days Free Trial is really Free. No Credit Card or Bank Details are required to set up your Grow in Cloud account.

How do I subscribe for one of your subscription plans?

You can Sign Up for one of our Subscription Plans at any time during your Free Trial. All our plans come with the option of monthly or annual subscription to suit your business needs.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Our monthly subscriptions are based on rolling contract. If you decide to leave us, simply cancel your subscription under Billing section of your account. Please note that cancellation does not affect your right to use your account until the end of your current billing cycle. 

How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

Upgrading is easy. You can upgrade your existing subscription plan from within your Grow in Cloud account. All new features offered on the upgraded plan will appear immediately after the upgrade.

Can I buy additional staff accounts?

Certainly. Additional staff accounts can be added at any time from Billing section of your account.

Can I buy other add-ons such as text messages, staff accounts or online storage?

Why Not? We offer range of upgrade options for you to buy additional staff accounts, document storage and text messages. Each additional staff account costs £10 per month. Storage bundles start from £5 per month for 10GB, £7 per month for 20GB, £10 per month 50GB and £15 per month for 100GB. SMS packages are £7 per month for 100 texts, £30 per month for 500 texts and £50 per month for 1000 texts. For custom add-on packages, please contact us for more information.

Are there any training and support packages?

Training and support at Grow in Cloud is absolutely Free. If you have signed up for one of our paid packages, we will be happy to get you and your staff started on Grow in Cloud. You can also visit our Online Knowledge Base for 24/7 support.
